Tony Ebejer, founder and Managing Director of Capture Recruitment (established in 2010) is an award-winning business specialist with over 35 years of industry experience. Tony’s reputation for stability and building robust relationships is well-known, extending across diverse industries. He excels in providing premium business and recruitment services, leveraging his extensive hands-on experience in the industrial and commercial sectors. His past as a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter, along with formal qualifications in Business Management, Human Resources, Employment, Recruitment, and OH&S, underscores his success with both local and national companies.

Accounts Manager

Samantha Ebejer, a co-director of Capture Recruitment, has been 

instrumental in leading the Finance/Accounts team since 2010. She  boasts an extensive portfolio in the field, having worked in various 

capacities including Banking Customer Service, Accounts Clerk,  Payroll Administrator, and Finance Manager. Now, in her dual role as  Accounts Manager and Director of Capture Recruitment, Samantha  continues to inspire her team to deliver exceptional service.

General Manager

As General Manager of Capture Recruitment, Dene is responsible for the day to day management of the business, alongside driving longer term Stategy, Sales and Operations. A goal-oriented leader with over two decades of experience spanning sales and recruitment, Dene’s multi-level industry knowledge enables him to consistently lead and build motivated teams focussed on quality, delivery and service. 

Business Manager

Justin is a trusted and experienced leader with a proven track record in guiding national teams, organisational management, local and national strategy, and staff development. With almost 2 decades of recruitment experience, Justin combines a high work ethic with sharp industry insights to drive business success for external and internal stakeholders. Justin has a dedication to candidate and colleague relationships and becoming a trusted partner to any client he has worked with.

Reception/Administration

Kelly Edgar serves as the friendly first point of contact at Capture

Recruitment’s Western office. As part of the Receptionist/

Administrator team, she skillfully manages her duties with high

levels of customer service and meticulous attention to detail.

Kelly’s dedication to her work is reflected in her 21-year-long career in the hospitality industry, where she performed roles ranging from

Receptionist to Administration and Human Resources.

Judi Otto is the welcoming first point of contact at Capture Recruitment’s Western office. As part of the Receptionist/Administrator team, Judi utilises her strong customer service skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations. Her many years of experience in variousindustries, most recently in real estate, make her a valued member of the Capture Recruitment team.
