Capture Recruitment provides labour hire solutions across Melbourne and Victoria and holds a Victorian Labour Hire Licence.

  • Can I hire temporary staff before offering them a permanent position?

Yes. Temp to perm recruitment can be an option for businesses that initially require temporary support but may have an opportunity for ongoing permanent employment.

This arrangement can allow both the employer and employee to experience working together before a permanent employment decision is made.

Capture Recruitment offers temporary and temp to perm recruitment solutions, depending on the requirements of the position and business.
