POSITION OVERVIEW
Help us build quality into every bathroom pod.
We’re looking for a Quality Officer to join our Quality Assurance team and play a hands-on role in ensuring our bathroom pods are built to the required standards.
This is a factory-floor position where you’ll work closely with Production and QA teams, inspect work as it happens, identify issues early, and help ensure corrective actions are completed properly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct routine quality inspections and checks throughout bathroom pod production.
Identify non-conformances, defects or deviations from required processes and standards.
Clearly communicate quality issues to the QA Manager, Production Manager and relevant production teams.
Record inspection results accurately using tablets and internal QA systems.
Assist with QA documentation, reporting and daily quality tracking.
Work closely with production operators and team leaders to address quality issues and incomplete process steps.
Monitor corrective actions and confirm required rework has been completed.
Help build positive working relationships between QA and Production and contribute to a strong quality-focused culture.
Stay up to date with changes to production processes, drawings, specifications and materials.
Promptly escalate any safety or quality concerns.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Is proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
Can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Has basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and tablet-based systems.
Can read measurements and interpret basic drawings.
comfortable using tools and layout equipment such as self-levelling lasers, builder’s squares and measuring tapes.
Takes ownership of quality issues and follows them through to completion.
Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, quality inspection or a similar hands-on environment will be highly regarded, but it is not essential.
What matters most is your attitude, attention to detail, willingness to learn and commitment to doing things right.
A White Card is preferred.
