Duties
• Support the shift supervisor with the day to day running of the night shift team
• Provide practical guidance and support to Manufacturing Technicians across your designated area
• Assist with production issues, troubleshooting, and escalation where required
• Lead from the floor in safety, housekeeping, and adherence to site procedures
• Remain hands on where required, while focusing primarily on supporting the broader team
About you
• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Leading Hand role
• Previous experience in Plastics and rubber manufacturing is highly regarded
• Strong hands on manufacturing experience and knowledge
• Sound understanding of quality, safety, and production expectations
• Confident communicator who can lead by example
• Physically capable and comfortable working night shift in an industrial environment
