to join our client’s large, modern manufacturing facility based in Truganina.
Our client is a well established Australian manufacturer of kitchen, bathroom and lifestyle joinery products, supplying high quality cabinetry, joinery and stone benchtops to the new home builder and retail markets.

Duties
Depending on the role, your duties may include:
- Operating semi automated production machines
- Using handheld tools and basic production equipment
- Assisting with kitchen, cabinetry and joinery production
- Performing quality checks and following procedures
- Picking and packing kitchen and cabinetry orders
- Handling panels, boards and related warehouse items
- Preparing stock and components for production or dispatch
- Repetitive lifting up to 25kg
- Working to scheduled dates and daily production requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working safely around machinery, forklifts and other team members
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, pick packing or labouring
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 25kg
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and site procedures
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in a physical, hands on role
- Full working rights in Australia
- Reliable transport to and from Truganina
*Previous experience in cabinetry, joinery, timber, furniture, flat pack, building products or similar manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
*Forklift licence and reach or counterbalance experience will also be highly regarded for warehouse based roles.
Shifts Available
Day Shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday
Night Shift, 11:00pm to 7:00am, Sunday to Thursday
About You
- We are looking for people who are reliable, physically capable and ready to work. You will need to be comfortable working in a busy production or warehouse environment, following instructions and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
- For manufacturing roles, we are especially interested in candidates who are confident using hand tools, working around machinery and checking their work.
- For warehouse roles, we are especially interested in candidates who are physically strong, comfortable with repetitive lifting and have some warehouse, logistics, dispatch or pick packing experience.
