Duties:
- Operate and monitor a servo-driven injection moulding machine, ensuring consistent production of high-quality plastic components.
- Set up moulds, adjust machine parameters, and run test cycles to achieve optimal cycle times, clamping force, and injection pressure.
- Perform routine checks on hydraulic, servo, and cooling systems, identifying and reporting any abnormalities or faults.
- Use the controller interface to load programs, track production data, and make on-the-fly adjustments during operation.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation, ensuring adherence to ISO and quality assurance standards during all moulding processes.
- Preparing raw material and feed them into a mould heating oven
- Setting mould, changing product & finishing of product
Requirements:
- Experience in Manufacturing/Production environments.
- Experience in Plastics and Rubber manufacturing is advantageous
- Experience in operating Press Machines, Injection Moulders is advantageous
- Comfortable working around industrial ovens/heat (+30°C)
- Physically fit
- Impeccable timekeeping – Punctuality, reliability and attendance
