The Role:
- Serve customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
- Promote relevant product solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Assist with stock control, inventory, and merchandising
- Support store operations and contribute to team performance
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Background in building or construction industries (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Competency with Microsoft Office; Accrivia experience a bonus
