The role:
• Serve customers at the front counter, over the phone, and via email
• Process sales, quotes, and general enquiries accurately
• Promote products and identify sales opportunities
• Support the day to day running of the store
• Assist with staff coordination and daily workflow
• Maintain customer records, sales information, and stock accuracy
• Handle customer queries and provide practical solutions
• Assist with merchandising, stock control, and warehouse support as required
About you:
• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Leadership or team support experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
• Good attention to detail and ability to stay organised
• Positive attitude and willingness to help across all areas of the business
