The role:
- Answering incoming phone calls as the first point of contact for clients
- Managing client enquiries and directing matters appropriately
- Maintaining client files, document control and record management
- Assisting accountants with administrative preparation of tax and compliance work
- Scanning, filing, data entry and general office coordination
- Supporting work flow processes and deadlines within the practice
About You
- Minimum two years’ experience working in a public accounting firm
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a deadline driven professional environment
