  • How do I register for employment?

    All you need to do is submit an updated resume along with a cover letter outlining your skills and experience. If you hold any extra tickets, certificates or licences, then let us know!

  • In which areas is work available?

    Work is available all over Melbourne and beyond. Our head office is in Point Cook. We also have satellite offices in Somerton, Geelong and Noble Park.

  • Is there any casual work?

    Yes. Casual jobs are on constant rotation, they go as fast as they come in. Most casual work whether it be one day or ongoing the position/s usually need to be filled immediately.

  • Is there any permanent work?

    Sure is. All permanent work will be posted on our website on the Vacancies page.

  • Why do I have to phone in?

    It advises us that you are still available. It keeps you fresh in our minds. If we have work available and we have a choice of candidates to choose from, if you have called in you will be called to have first option.

  • When is my time sheet due in?

    No later than Monday 10am!

  • Who is responsible for submitting my time sheet?

    You are. Your timesheet equals your pay. Some clients will email or fax your timesheet for you and that is fine but it is your responsibility to make sure it gets done. To ensure you are paid on time, please have your timesheet signed by your supervisor and faxed to us at 03-9369 2849 by midday Mondays. Download Timesheet PDF

  • What day is pay day?

    The fourth working day of the week, normally a Thursday.

  • I've got a pay query. Who should I ask?

    Please contact your Capture Recruitment consultant on 03-9369 4459 or email us.

  • I need to change my tax details. How do I do this?

    No problem. Complete a new Tax File Declaration Form at our office or grab one at your nearest post office.

  • Where will my super contributions be paid?

    You are required to fill in a superannuation declaration at interview and confirm your nominated fund. Should you choose not to declare a fund your contributions will automatically be placed into Capture Recruitment’s default super fund (Kinetic).

  • What is the difference between casual, ongoing, full time and permanent work?

    Casual is a job that usually has a known finish date and the hours and/or days of employment can be changed with minimum notice.


    Ongoing is the same as casual employment but with an unknown finish date.


    Full time usually refers to permanent work, however you can work full time hours in a casual capacity.


    Permanent is secured employment directly with an employer in either part time or full time capacity.
