manufacturing as well as trades and construction. We place temporary, casual or
permanent staff to fill your specific requirement.
Our Temporary Placement Division
Will help you fill an immediate need at times of:
- Unexpected employee absents
- Planned leave periods
- Coverage of peak work periods
Capture Recruitments pricing process is based on our client's needs. We charge
an all inclusive rate to cover payments of temporary employees based on current
site EBA or relevant Awards and associated on-costs. Our charge rates include, workcover
premiums, superannuation payments, public liability and professional indemnity insurance,
redundancy payments and cover payroll tax which is 100% tax deductible. Rates are
exclusive of GST, as it is shown
as a seperate item on the total of each invoice produced.
Our Permanent Placement Division
Give you their guarantee that the successful applicant will meet your Key Performance
Objectives. This can only be acheived through a thorough recruiting process by experienced
Permanent Placement Consultants.
The frustration of finding staff is taken away, leaving you to concentrate on running
your business.
Our service fee is based on the gross total salary package for the first 12 months
of employment, which includes salary, superannuation, allowances, benefits, incentives
and any commissions payable by you to the successful candidate. Please contact us
for further information about our fee structure.
Temporary to Permanent Placement
This method is used by many clients to evaluate employees through our Temporary
Hire Services prior to committing to full time employment.
In the event that our temporary on-hire services are used as an evaluation tool
for potential permanent placement of a candidate, our permanent placement fee will
be reduced by 1% for each 4 week period of hire, with a minimun of 4% applying to
this formula.
Fees and payment options are detailed within our Terms and Conditions of Business,
and are negotiated during the time of placement agreement process.
