Recruitment Process
If you feel you have the experience, expertise and qualities that Capture promotes
- contact one or our office consultants or submit your resume online.
STEP 1:
Sourcing
- Candidates register and submit their resume. This is where we begin to understand
the skills and experience of each applicant. We also source candidates from our
existing database.

STEP 2:
Screening
- Experienced Capture consultants evaluate each of the 'registered' candidates
for compatibility with the desired skills and experience as requested by our client.
Candidates successful in this step are contacted for an 'informal telephone
interview'.

STEP 3:
Interviewing
- Candidates are formally interviewed to discuss and assess further their abilities,
skills, experience, attitude and behaviours. This is also the stage that testing
(if required) is commenced. This testing could be general aptitude, mechanical reasoning
or computer based training, and is dependant on the clients request and industry
specifics.
Qualifications, tickets, licensing, visas, etc are sighted and copied at this stage,
and candidates undergo our OH&S induction.

STEP 4:
Reference
Check - At this stage, Capture Recuitment checks the submitted references
and/or referees.

STEP 5:
Confirmation
- The successful applicant(s) will be notified as the preferred candidate(s), and
informed of further client interviews (if required), otherwise arrangements are
made for the successful candidate to commence employment.
